These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://ryansgoslings.com/, purchases from Ryan's Goslings (Ryans Aviary, LLC; also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), and participation in our SMS / text messaging program. By using our website, purchasing products, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Items & Warranty
All items sold are warranted against defects for 6 months, with the exclusion of Animals or Edible items. Obvious damage will not be approved for a return. Return shipping will be paid by the seller if returning a defective item, in the form of an emailed return label. All items are inspected before being put into a box for shipment.
Release & Assumption of Risk
At no time shall Ryan’s Goslings or Beiler’s Equine be responsible for you or your pets’ safety when using our items. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to ensure that all items are used in a safe and effective manner. At no time is Ryan’s Goslings responsible for your health when eating our products. All edible items are sold “Behind the Gate.” While we do our due diligence to ensure quality and food safety, just like a supermarket, it is “AT YOUR OWN RISK.” Once an item leaves our property, it is your responsibility to ensure safe transport and food safety.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
These SMS program terms apply to text messaging (including SMS and, where available, RCS) from Ryan's Goslings.
- Program (brand) name: Ryan's Goslings
- Product / program description: Customers who opt in may receive SMS appointment reminders, account/customer-care updates, delivery or order-related notices, and promotional / marketing updates about our products and services.
- Message types: Appointment reminders; promotional offers and updates; customer care replies; and transactional notices related to your orders or appointments.
- Message frequency: Message frequency may vary. Messaging frequency may be up to 4 SMS messages per registered appointment, and additional messages may be sent for promotional updates or customer care when you have opted in.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Ryan's Goslings does not charge a separate fee to join the messaging program; your carrier’s standard rates apply.
- Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example at https://ryansgoslings.com/sms-opt-in/), you consent to receive the message types described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Marketing: No marketing text campaigns will be sent to your number without your express permission / opt-in to receive promotional messages.
Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from us. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation that you are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program (unless you opt in again). Replying STOP may prevent future appointment reminders from reaching you.
